Job Description
This position involves all areas of front end design-in, design-win activities including, but not limited to control loop simulation, schematic/layout reviews, initial power up support and Debug. For Back-end support, supporting the customer for all post Design In/Win support is also a must. Furthermore, this individual would be required to dissect competitor solutions in order to uncover weaknesses, to provide feedback to the architecture and Design Community, as well as Sales and Marketing groups on the upcoming customer needs and requirements and help develop roadmaps for product families.
Experience/Education:
The individuals filling this role MUST be a team player, possesses a winning attitude and a strong desire to learn. This individual must also have excellent customer “Soft-Skills”. This individual must have excellent communication skills and be able to elevate key customer concerns in a positive and professional manner. This position is extremely technical in nature and as such, any applicant must have excellent understanding of solid state power conversion and, specifically, understands all areas of Synchronous Buck Regulation.
Minimum Experience of 7-10 years of Power Supply design is required.
BSEE with an emphasis in Power
Electronics
is a MUST; MSEE is preferred.
