Our client is seeking an energetic, vibrant, and experienced In-House Recruiter to work and optimize all aspects of the recruitment process. She or He will deliver recruitment support for internal client group(s), including developing innovative recruitment and sourcing plans, advertising jobs, screening applicants, and interviewing applicants. The Recruiter will also engage in a full range of activities that produce a pipeline of candidates for job vacancies in advance of need and manage recruitment reporting, applicant flow, and any other recruitment-related activities and deliverables.
The In-House Recruiter will take a central role in providing a broad range of recruitment services to the organization in partnership with the HR team, with a focus on the recruitment of senior and executive level positions. S/he should demonstrate commitment to the vision, mission of the company. The successful candidate in this role will have the opportunity to promote and positively grow the company/ employer brand with a fresh and exciting new Recruitment and Talent Management team.
Five (5) years' professional level human resources experience, at least three (3) of which include full-cycle recruiting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with executive and C-suite level search preferred
Experience working in-house or at an agency
Experience working both independently and, in a team, -oriented environment
Handling the full cycle recruitment, medium to high volume. Ability to behavioral interview, formulate candidate pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings, and success with attending career fairs.
Social Media familiarity and understanding for advertising
Maintaining and reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis
Creating (as needed) and maintaining tracking databases related to job openings, referrals, applicant tracking, OFCCP mandated information, etc.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with all staff levels and backgrounds
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS EXCEL and WORD
Ability to be flexible; problem solver; self-directed; customer service-oriented; and, collaborative
Demonstrated ability to interact with management at all levels. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Excellent written and verbal communications—clear, succinct, focused
Ability to effectively prioritize in a high-pressure environment
Solid proof-reading skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of and familiarity with the digital environment and marketplace (functions, positions, candidates, etc.)
Ability and agility to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on, team-oriented work ethic
Affinity for social media and researching individuals, preferred
